Our Order Form includes all the contact information we will need from you and the details of your order. Simply download and complete it and then deliver it as displayed below. Many orders need to be discussed directly to make sure we meet your needs. Please call or email us if you have any questions at all when completing the Order Form. ORDER FORM DELIVERY OPTIONS:
After downloading the Rupert Order Form (Word Document):
OPTION 1: Save document to your computer, complete as word document and email as attachment to: Orders@RupertEnterprises.net
OPTION 2: Call us to place your order at: (425)-652-2112
Invoice will be sent prior to filling the order. The delivery email will include a blue View and Pay Invoice tab which will enable electronic payment of the Invoice. Once we receive notification from QuickBooks that the payment has been made, the order will be filled and shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Other payment options must be approved by Rupert Enterprises before the order will be shipped.
